ORDER PROCESSING

All CHZN STAR orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been packaged and given to the shipping carrier, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Shipping time begins after the processing period and depends on the shipping service selected at checkout. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives your package.
